Complete a Digital Form for a Route Stop

Routing Forms are digital forms specific to your route-based workflow, such as proof of delivery (POD), bill of lading (BOL), and other common transportation forms. If you have a Routing Form you need to complete, it displays as a task once you reach the stop it was assigned to. For example, if you are picking up cargo from a warehouse and you need to fill out a Routing Form confirming pickup, it will display as a task to complete after you arrive at the warehouse.

You can complete the forms when necessary through the Samsara dashboard Forms tile. For more information, see Complete a Digital Form. Otherwise, you can complete a routing form upon stop arrival.

To complete a routing form upon stop arrival, perform the following workflow:

1. From the Samsara Driver App, tap the stop you're currently at.

2. Under Forms, select the assigned Routing Form to fill it out.

   

3. After you complete the form, tap Submit.

   

   If you are offline, submissions sync when connectivity is restored. Submitted forms are logged to the associated route stop.
