Get Started with Samsara Academy

Welcome to Samsara Academy, your on-demand training hub. As a Samsara customer, you have access to the Academy’s Getting Started courses, role-based training, short tutorials, and platform credentials.

If you’re new to the Samsara platform, we recommend exploring the Academy as early as possible—even if your devices are still in transit. This will help you set up your dashboard and familiarize yourself with the features that will drive the most value for your organization.

How to Access the Samsara Academy

You can access the Academy using either of the following options:

• Samsara dashboard: From the Fleet menu, click the Help & Feedback () icon > Samsara Academy.

  

• Directly from the web: Visit academy.samsara.com from any browser (Chrome recommended). You’ll be prompted to log in using your Samsara dashboard credentials before enrolling in courses.
