Use Custom Report Templates

To help you get started with custom report layouts, use one of the pre-defined templates as a starting point for your custom report.

The following templates are available based on your licensing.

• Asset Inventory

• Asset to Gateway Mapping

• Report Vehicle Utilization

• Daily Trip Summary

• Driver HoS Summary

• Trip Fuel Summary

• Vehicle Cost Record Log

• Tractor-Trailer Power Diagnostic Report

To get started with a template, complete these steps.

1. From the Samsara dashboard, select Reports > Custom Reports.

2. Click the View all templates link to see a list of custom report templates.

3. Select a template. The template opens and you can add and rearrange columns, apply filters and groupings, and add visualizations.
